This is from the Bill before Congress to stop the Weaponization of space. If you look and read it says that this satellite can do direct harm on individuals. Plus change weather and cause earthquakes. The mind control that is happening to so many are from these weapons. Today the USA is putting up low flying satelittes, plus blimps and drones to accomplish the same thing. Imagine an army that is under mind control. Or just read the news for the past 5 years.
