Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy Why and when was Pandora's Box opened by SIr Jeremiah Kennedy
For years know I have waited for Justice. Just to find out I am being given social security disability, not what I thought in 2003. A way to have been paid for the torture in NY for 2 years. Now after 2003 I moved from Boca Raton, happy to move into a gay neighborhood happy to be free.
.. Then in 2003 the voices told me to follow the North Korea and Iran Nuclear Program. Soon the torture came back. Month after month and year after year. I realized that what they were doing was experimenting on me, since the torture was always changing. I am not going to speak out about how they can do this, it would make me a communication vessel. I choose not to or relive the dark days and months. So a few months back a Young American, from Alaska flew to Fort Lauderdale. At first we heard of a problem on the plane. But if he was screaming and telling the passengers the truth about his CIA electronic Implant, the entire plane passengers and crew were kept confined on the tarmac for hours. Most likely to be silenced. So this American says that while fighting in Iraq weather for the US Army or most likely a private contractor which is doing this throughout the middle east. He states that the CIA has but a Mind Control Implant in him and was forcing him to watch certain video's. So to me it was finally a recognition. Of course come Monday after the Friday shooting there was no mention on Cable news about his ties to the implant and why the USA would want him to fight with a certain group. The Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting: What happened to this Pandora's Box that has just been opened. 1. The CIA is working in the USA. 2. The CIA tortures American's 3. The CIA relation to ISIS. ....no we must all note: Mind Control is now in the hands of many governments and private corporations. When I left NY to be educated in Boston, I took 5,000 dollars and bought Warner Commications at 25 a share. In my 2 year school at Boston University I did my Thesis on Chemical and Biological Weapons. After Graduating I studied at various colleges at B.U. I found a magazine called "Open Architecture" which was about the beginning of the internet". Which is now not Open or Free. When I went to Architectural School I followed MIT's Media Lab. About Interactive multi media. At Architectural school my focus was on Master Planning. I worked for the Architect of the year, who was also the dean at one time of Harvard School of Design. The office was Harvard Square and projects included the Master plan of Grand Central Station, Master Plan of the London Dockyards, Broward Performing Arts and many more. After leaving Boston without an Architectural degree I later found another dream to fulfill. By this time in 1993 Time Warner was now formed, so I went to work as a temp for HBO Inc. They hired me full time when I caught the President of Time Warner International Broadcasting stealing files and about to move to Paramount after the Paramount and Blockbuster became final. So I went to Human Resources and told of the deception. After that they hired me as the receptionist for HBO Management. Over the years I worked for two Chairman of the Boards at HBO.
So I full filled two dreams of mine architecture and getting into Time Warner. At HBO although my job was a receptionist. My main focus was on Interactive Television and Multi-media. In Dec. of 1998 I left HBO on my own to move to Boca Raton, Florida. Basically I was being tortured in NY and was told to leave. That That part of my life was over and I needed to start something new. I was told a War was going to begin. Even though I was following the news and
the Bosnia War. I watched as Enron went down and other companies.
Even though I had worked for two Chairman of the Board at HBO and had a great resume. No one in Boca Raton would hire me. I finally figured out I was being blocked by the government in order for me to collect Social Security Disability in 2003. I thought this was the way the United States of America was paying me back for 2 1/2 years of intense torture. So I moved to Fort Lauderdale, since there was no gay life in Boca Raton. In fact 3 months after I moved there the only gay club which I visited closed. So I moved to a gay community and was happy for a time.

It is easier in life to look at the truth and the simple reasoning of why. My MIT professor at my Architectural school once said about my design. "It complex, yet organized". I always got A's in Studio classes. So here I am in Fort Lauderdale. I have been on European time for 3 years. Sleeping at 7 -8 pm waking at 5am. The Tort Documents describe the torture by a USA Government Agency on an American
If you note the date of my trying to sue was 2003. Since the I have been in the mental hospital in Florida 5 times due to Torture. I went into the mental hospital on my own behalf. I have never been Backer Acted. Nor am I a harm to myself or anyone else.
On each of the 5 times since 2003 I went into the hospital since I was being experimented on with Advance Torture Techniques. Each time that I went in it was a different kind of torture.
The Documents below show that the USA is guilty. My mental hospital visits since 2003 also prove that the USA Government is guilty.

That day I learned the Hillary Clinton was speaking in Fort Lauderdale. I had a tweet about her emails saying it was like waiting in line, watching the news would never get that time back. When I went home I deleted the tweet.

A week or 2 before the 1998 African Embassy bombings the NYTimes wrote that
In Alabama in a USA Army storage facility. Ammonia Nitrate was stolen. The amount that was stolen was twice the amount that was used in the Oklahoma City bombings. It was written in print in the New York Times. Then a week later. The US Embassy's were blown up.
It was said that the cause of these bombs was from Ammonia Nitrate and was twice the amount of Oklahoma City bombings. I was working in a Book store in Mizner park, in Boca Raton.

This is the problem the FBI lost all power in the USA by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy
Well you all have been watching bull shit. The FBI has lost all power in the United States of America. How should I put it. The CIA is activity working in this county without Laws. Lets step back the CIA is only allowed to be International. Hence the Patriot Act. Now we have Home Land Security. To protect out boarders or a new agency that will work within the USA. Actually it not a bad thing until things get bad. You voice, your email, your search are all know kept in meta data. I personally paid porn on my web just so they can see the video images. I was not watching. I made them watch porn.

Mr. KUCINICH introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services, and International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001'.
SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.
Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.'.
SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.
The President shall--
(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and
(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.
SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.
The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.
SEC. 5. REPORT.
The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on--
(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and
(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.
SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.
Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for--
(1) space exploration;
(2) space research and development;
(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or
(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.
SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.
(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:
(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--
(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;
(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;
(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or
(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.
(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--
(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);
(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or
(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

The Weaponization of space. HR Bill 2001
This is from the Bill before Congress to stop the Weaponization of space. If you look and read it says that this satellite can do direct harm on individuals. At what point is the CIA allowed to practice in the USA - will need a NSA Attorney
Where is the FBI, does the CIA have full immunity experiment with individuals US Citizens on American Soil.. Do the CIA have under the law, able to implant USA citizens. The poor kids, striking out. Only to give more power to media mass distraction, or to due an agency bring race divide. Now that we know that the CIA is in our own country. Will we watch as the FBI does nothing. About me personally and why this Blog will soon go online
I have been trying to find an attorney since 2003. Contacting members of Congress. Contacting Human Rights Groups, Contacting University Law school clubs of the Ivy League. No one is helping me. I am on Social Security Disability with and income approx. 1,150.00 a month. My Rent is 840 a month. I am just surviving, with the pain that no one does anything to help my case.
I am not a danger to myself or anyone. My only problem is not receiving justice I deserve. This Blog will show you why what the USA is doing to me is illegal. I can not afford to go on a date. My big day is reading at Starbucks in the sun and occasionally going to the movies by my self. I only go out to lunch when I am taken by my parents. I have zero money to join a gym, I am being kept in solitary confinement due to I ride a bike since 1998 and that I can not afford to go out and meet people.
My Story is very sad. They say give me a Hero and I will show you a tragedy.
